RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Outbound calls to bring new leads into the sales pipeline and lead development.
-Selling and supporting Transitions Group services via inbound/outbound sales calls.
-Other Admin / Marketing duties to support ongoing business needs.
THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE:
-Driving new business through multiple sales techniques, outbound calling and email.
-Management of inbound calls and lead nurture to close into services.
-Selling and scheduling business assessments, pre-work for self or outside sales representative.
-Quarter-backing the assessment-sales process by taking inbound calls with hand off to outbound sales representative and ensuring key details are captured and documented in the appropriate system.
-Accountable to individual revenue targets with a fixed and variable compensation component.
-Metric and KPI tracking and reporting capabilities for leads and sales.
SKILLS:
-Demonstrated PROVEN track record in service sales.
-Administrative skills with computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
-Able to prioritize and multitask.
-Able to work autonomously and in a group.
-You create value, take initiative, focus on results and are openly communicative.
-Organizational skills with thorough follow-through processes.
-University degree or College Diploma or proven sales experience.
