Event Description: The goal of performance management is to improve and encourage the success of the team. This workshop will examine the best practices in ongoing feedback and managing performance. Learn the skill set required for effectively giving corrective feedback and reinforcing workplace behaviours that will bring out the best from your team. Educational Objectives:                          
  • Implementing Job descriptions with clearly defined expectations & accountabilities
  • Learn how to separate clearly defined Behaviours
  • How to set goals for positive focus following feedback
  • Explore best practices in performance management
  • Learn how to set and hold expectations
