Dental Reception Skills Development Program, (July 8 – 12, 2019)

Event Description: We have designed this intensive training program for those wanting to become a dental receptionist.  This program will teach you all the necessary behaviours, skills and systems held by top receptionists in our industry ensuring you a competitive start to be an effective and supportive member of the administrative department. Educational Objectives:                          
  • Identify the essential roles & duties of the administrative team
  • Develop verbal skills for addressing a variety of patient needs
  • Understand what your patients are asking of you and acquire the skills to provide them the service they expect
  • Develop skills for providing patients with exceptional customer service
  • Comprehend the new patient experience – from intake to an exceptional in office experience
  • Develop systems for overcoming cancellations and rescheduling patients
  • Understand the role of dental benefits and how to process insurance claims
