Yesterday we shared the importance and the ‘how-to steps’ on delivering a video message to your patients. If you missed yesterday’s essential content, click here. Let’s continue to utilize this impactful method of communication. However, this time let’s implement help from your team!
While your team is at home in isolation, let’s inspire and involve them in your patient communication efforts. You can ask them to participate in creating a video for your dental practice. This way, you can utilize your team member’s expertise to stay connected with your patients. For example, ask one of your dental hygiene team members to create a video sharing at-home tips and reminders for good oral health care. While patients may not be able to see you for their regular appointments and check-ups, you can touch base with this type of video so that their smiles stay healthy at-home.
Check out this excellent video example from our friends at Southport Dental Care:
This video shows a well-communicated and straightforward break down for advising patients on at-home care tips. Patients will be able digest these tips easily and feel the compassion and care from you!
Stay on top of your patients’ mind with continued communication!
Challenge your team members to take turns and rotate through creating a video or contributing content for the next planned patient communication.
Be sure to tag us in your videos, so we can see and support your excellent patient communications! @TransitionsGroup
